Activities/Attractions: The Beaver Valley is part of the Niagara Escarpment, is particularly picturesque and is designated by UNESCO as a World Biosphere.
We are located minutes from Flesherton and within easy access to many points in southern Ontario and the northern US. You don't have to go anywhere to enjoy the amenities we have to offer at Cedars.

- Adults can relax and cool off in our heated outdoor swimming
pool, it's a great place to meet your neighbours
- There are peddle boats for the kids and canoes for those who enjoy a quiet paddle on the water and there's no charge to guests
- Lake Eugenia is well known for fishing, especially if you enjoy
bass, perch or trout
- Motor boat rentals are available next door
- If you don't fish, you may just want to take a little
cruise around the lake
- Small children love a playground, and so do
their parents. Cedars playground comes well equipped with safe
things to climb on, slides, fireman's pole, sand box and
swings
- We haven't forgotten the adults. Our games
room is always available to guests. Enjoy a game of billiards or shuffleboard,

Enjoy 40 acres for nature walks. Walk through the fields and down to the undisturbed shores at the south end of Lake Eugenia. There you may see deer, beaver, herons, loons and many other types of wildlife.
Bring your own cross country skis or snow shoes and blaze your own trail through the fields. Bring your ice skates, weather permitting we have our own ice rink.

General Information: Cedars Cottage Resort is a friendly, family oriented, family owned, housekeeping cottage resort. We are open year round and you have a choice of either traditional style 2 bedroom cottages or modern 3 bedroom chalets. We are located on the shores of Lake Eugenia, with our own private sandy beach. Lake Eugenia is at the entrance to the Beaver Valley in southern Ontario's recreational heartland.
Cedars modern lakeside chalets are designed for comfort and relaxation no matter what season of the year. The 3 bedroom chalets will sleep up to 8 guests. Each chalet features:
- a separate fully equipped kitchen with fridge, range, microwave and small appliances
- the living/dining room area is fully furnished complete with colour cable TV
- the four piece bath includes a whirlpool
tub, in floor heating
- air conditioning, ceiling fans and a wood burning fireplace
plus a BBQ for summer guests
- at all other times, firewood is provided free of charge
Cedars traditional style two bedroom cottages offer many of the features and all of the comfort of our chalets. Cottages typically sleep four to six guests and are perfect for couples or families. You will find:
- fully equipped kitchen facilities with fridge, range, microwave and small appliances
- a three piece bath with shower, all units
have electric baseboard heating
- all have colour cable TV, fireplaces and decks complete with
BBQ's during the summer season May long weekend to
Thanksgiving
- at all other times, firewood is provided free of charge
For something a little different Cedars also has a century farm house that has been beautifully restored and upgraded with modern conveniences while retaining the original charm.

The sitting room and kitchen have old fashioned bay windows where you can sit and enjoy the view. You can sleep 10, (12 with the sofa bed in the sitting room). There are both covered and open decks to enjoy the open spaces, fresh air and country views. All of the facilities at the resort are available for you to use and just a few minutes walk away.
