General Information: Designed by Charles Bulfinch, The Bulfinch House Bed and Breakfast in Rockport, MA, was built as a private home in 1840 and has maintained a traditional charm through out the years. Situated on lovely elevated grounds, the rooms from this Inn have water views of Sandy Bay and beyond.
The Bulfinch House has three queen rooms, a double room suite, and a lovely king bedroom. All rooms enjoy water views. All rooms have a full private bathroom. Cable TV in every room. The two rooms at the first floor have direct access to the front porch. A phone is available for guests. We now offer wireless Internet connections in all our rooms!

access to the front porch, water views, private bath, a/c and cable

is on the first floor. There is access to the front porch from
this room with water views. It has a queen size bed, fireplace,

is a two-room suite on the second floor. The smaller room has a
full bed. The adjoining room has a queen size bed. There are water
views and ample closet space, private bath and cable TV in this
sunny corner room
- "The Breakwater Room"
is bright and sunny with front facing windows and water views.
It is on the second floor and has ample closet space, private bath,
AC and cable TV
- "The Bay Room"
is a spacious room with twin beds and private bath on the second
floor. There are some water views from this room. There is ample
closet space, A/C and cable TV
