Activities/Attractions: Barcelona, located at the
Mediterranean sea in the very north of the Spanish coast, is
certainly the most cosmopolitan and economically most active city
in this country. It has always proved its will to be modern, to
follow the latest international tendencies or be ahead of them. To
the tourist this is evident specially in its architecture, which so
well reflects the general approach to life in this always pulsating
city.
Of course, Barcelona has an old history, and there are monuments of
Romanesque, Gothic and Renaissance periods or still before, but
most characteristic is what has been built during the last, say,
100 years. Barcelona has been a center of Modernist architecture
and is distinguished specially by the works of genial Antoní
Gaudí, who together with his great contemporaries gave new
and exciting looks to it, but has remained since then at the top of
modernity.
There has been continuous human settlement here since before Roman times and the city has grown and adapted to meet new challenges throughout its long history. Hosting the 1992 Olympic Games was the most recent impetus for successful redevelopment and renewal.

General Information: Welcome to Bienvenidos innBB Barcelona, Spain 4 B&B accommodations:
- Gaudi BB - A charming flat in the Sagrada Familia Area
with single, double or triple rooms, all with parquet floor and
different colours. A fully-equipped kitchen at your disposal and
small original bathrooms. It is located in a typical 1923 building
of Gaudí period with a modern elevator.
- Dali BB - Centrally-located in a 1901 building
of the Eixample quarter. Young and colourful flat for the privacy
of your small family. Futon beds in two different rooms with lovely
balconies. A big bathroom and a nice kitchen at your complete
disposal, but it is a third floor without elevator.
- Marti BB - Elegant and comfortable
flat located between two subway stops in the Old and peaceful
Barrio of San Martin. It is ideal for a group of friends with three
large suites for a total capacity of 7/8 persons with two design
bathrooms, cotto floor, a modern kitchen and nice
decorations.
- Villa Rubi - A really wonderful villa (rare
jewel of Catalan Architecture in town) surrounded by a quiet garden
and divided into mini-flats and lofts with all comforts and
privacy. It is very well served by a direct subway line and several
public buses being located in the Vall D'Hebron Hospital
area.
