General Information: Auckland's Number One House Bed and Breakfast Homestay is a beautiful 100 year old villa, literally the first house on the North Shore, and only seven minutes drive to the city centre. We are not a small hotel - just a very friendly homestay - we take only max. 6 persons.

All rooms are tastefully furnished with traditional 'New Zealand Villa' style Kauri furniture. Enjoy panoramic water and city views, even a superb outdoors Jacuzzi hot tub. The house is on a half acre of bush, with steps down to its own private beach. Free email access and free local telephone.

• THE GREEN ROOM - This large room overlooks Auckland Harbour. It is furnished with a four poster Queen size bed, period Kauri furniture, axminster carpet and has it's own fireplace. Tea, fresh plunger coffee, biscuits all complimentary. TV and CD Radio all in room. Private bathroom with Shower, toilet and cast iron bath.
  
• THE WHITE ROOM - An equally large room with a Queen size bed. Polished matai floors, table and lounging chairs, Tea, fresh plunger coffee, biscuits all complimentary. TV and CD Radio all in room. Own en-suite.
