Activities/Attractions:  Lucca is famed for its perfect city walls, the wonderful 13th-century façade of San Michele, and the enchanting elliptical shape of Piazza Anfiteatro.

The San Concordio area is the best place from which to enjoy a stay in Lucca because the centre and the train station are both easily accessible by foot or bicycle, and the exit from the A11 "Florence to the Sea" motorway is right there.

There are also numerous restaurants, banks, shops and supermarkets in the area. It is now almost impossible for anyone except residents to drive a car into the city centre, and this is one reason why the San Concordio area has lately become so sought after – because of the convenience.

 The owners, Aldo and Cinzia, speak good English and will be more than happy to help you out with anything that will make your stay in Lucca more enjoyable.

General Information: "Casa Zia Beppina" Apartments were built towards the end of the 1950’s in the San Concordio area of Lucca, Tuscany, Italy which has recently become one of the most important areas of the city with the expansion outwards from the walled centre.

"Casa Zia Beppina", which is situated in a peaceful little residential road, is composed of two impeccably maintained independent apartments, each 120 square metres in size. On the first floor, the "Rosa" apartment is composed:

• two double bedrooms
  
• two bathrooms with shower (of which one is equipped with a Jacuzzi-style hydro massage bathtub)
  
• a kitchen with electric oven and washing machine
  
• a large living-room with maxi-screen satellite TV and a small balcony
  
• living and bedrooms have light-coloured oak parquet flooring
  
• Max occupancy: 4 + 1
  

On the second floor the "Mimosa" apartment is composed of:

• three double bedrooms
  
• a bathroom with shower
  
• a kitchen (equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and microwave oven)
  
• a large living room with satellite TV and small balcony
  
• The bedrooms have very old, dark-coloured parquet flooring
  
• the living room is floored with Carrara marble
