On the Bellevue Farm you will enjoy great blue heron, bald eagles, deer, fruit-filled orchards and open pastures with sweeping views of Westcott Bay.

The beach in front of the home is loaded with clams and Westcott Bay is loaded with Dungeness crab. Feel free to pick produce from the garden or pick fruit from the 156 tree orchard. Two double and two single kayaks are located on the property for guest usage and there is a large fire pit perfect for making s'mores located by the beach.

• Hiking, biking, beachcombing, whale-watching, kayaking, fishing, scuba diving and birding are some of the primary activities that San Juan Island is famous for
  
• The majority of the island’s dining, shopping and transportation options are based in the picturesque town center of Friday Harbor

A community waterfront beach and estuary serve as your private nature preserve, with walking trails and bird watching. The home has true southwest exposure providing all day sunlight and warmth and has been fully renovated to carefully maintain the historical look and feel.

The Farm House is a beautiful historic 3 bedroom house located on 5 acres with 2,100 feet of low-bank waterfront access on coveted Westcott Bay, just a short walk to Roche Harbor. Features include:

• Recently remodeled with 3 bedrooms and 1.75 baths
  
• All of which are centrally located on the second floor
  
• The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and there is a two-twin bunk bed in the third bedroom providing unobstructed views across the property and the bay
  
• A full-size pullout sofa in the living room
  
• A cozy living room with a fireplace, TV, DVD and stereo system, a dining room with seating for 6 people, and a den adjoining the open kitchen with a library and a TV with an Xbox game console
  
• The kitchen has a four-burner gas stove along with an island work space
  
• A laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a bathroom with a shower are located adjacent to the kitchen and den
  
• The spacious back deck is the perfect relaxation area with plenty of seating and a large four-burner gas grill
  

Hatch House is an adjacent 2 bedroom house on separate 5 acres that can be rented separately or together with The Farm House: Features include:

• The residence has two bedrooms and one and half baths, with the two bedrooms and a centrally located bathroom located on the main floor
  
• The master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom a twin bunk bed
  
• A full-size pullout sofa in the living room
  
• An open floor plan with a cozy living room, dining room and kitchen
  
• This comfortable common area has a fireplace, TV, DVD, stereo system, Xbox game console and a dining area with seating for 4 people
  
• The lower floor of the residence is perfect for storing bikes and beach gear there is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer
  
• The rocking chairs and patio furniture on the back deck and patio area provide the perfect place to relax while your dinner cooks on the stainless steel gas grill
