The inn is immaculately clean, not a dust bunny to be found, anywhere. Upon entering one's room, you can actually smell how clean and fresh it is. This is because the innkeepers, Doug and Anne Marie, and their staff, are thorough, and hard-working. No detail has been overlooked in cleanliness and comfort. The innkeepers and staff at the Queen Victoria are energetic, genuinely friendly, unobtrusive, and hospitable. These qualities are contagious, as you will find when having breakfast or tea with people you never met before, and it is totally enjoyable and relaxing. The quiet elegance of the inn is unpretentious, and cozy. It is like returning to calm civility after a long tour in the chaotic world." "The wonderful Innkeepers and spectacular rooms at The Queen Victoria exceeded our expectations. To celebrate my 40th birthday we stayed in the sensational Crown Jewel and it was worth every penny. From the whirlpool tub and gas stove in the bedroom upstairs (my favorite) to the built-in plasma TV above a tranquil fireplace downstairs (my husbands favorite), this room met our every comfort." "We just got back from two nights at the Queen Victoria B&B in Cape May. It was our first experience with a B&B and we were a little hesitant about going. We loved every moment of it!" "We will return again and again. There is no place like it." |
