Activities/Attractions: Canyon Lake Ranch is the center of your Guadalupe River/Canyon Lake experience. Hand feed our Longhorns, chosen for beautiful coats and long, curly horns. Call them and they will come to eat “cookies” from your hands across the fence.

Starview Lodge guests can also swim in their own private pool or shoot baskets at the half court located past the pool.
Nearby are the quaint hill country towns of Gruene, New Braunfels, Wimberley, Blanco and San Marcos. They all offer great antiquing, shopping restaurants and vacation activities including kayaking, boating, tubing and fishing.
Horseback riding, moonlight dinners or day trips on Canyon Lake and fly fishing adventures can be arranged. Many of our guests love Schlitterbahn and Natural Bridge Caverns.
