Activities/Attractions: Hastings is located approximately twenty miles south of the capital city of St. Paul and is situated such that many residents work in the “Cities”, and yet return to their home at the end of the day. Hastings offers:

Minneapolis and St. Paul are colloquially known as the Twin Cities, divided by the Mississippi River but with a friendly rivalry between them, which dates back to the 19th century. Today, with a combined population of 2.9 million, the Twin Cities form the 15th largest metropolitan area in the USA and they flourish in happy symbiosis.
"The Rosewood Inn Bed and Breakfast is by far the finest my wife and I have visited. The innkeepers have meticulously and lovingly listened to their guests' suggestions and thought of every detail. Nearly every room is equipped with both a Jacuzzi bath AND fireplace, and boasts a uniquely charming decor. Our room, the Solarium, had windows that stretched 20' and arched into the ceiling. Breakfast was fabulous, and can be served in your room at your request. We felt completely and romantically secluded, and slept wonderfully. The Inn is an easy walk from delightful downtown Hastings, where we enjoyed antique shopping and great dining."

Guests in our Rosewood "ultimate suites" tell us they never slept better and ask us why. It could be Rosewood magic, but it's probably the combination of our famous Duxianna mattresses, handcrafted in Sweden, and our Nikken "therm quilts", which are activated by your own body temperature and adjust to keep you comfortable without overheating or getting too cool.
