Colonel William F. "Buffalo Bill" Cody founded the town of Cody in 1896. Over the year's, Cody has grown to
become the trade center for an area larger than some states. The end
result is that Cody can provide the cultural and social amenities,
shopping, family activities and the feel of a large city while maintaining
the rural character and quality of life of a small western community. Need to Meet? Blair Hotels offer a
variety of environments for your next convention, meeting or social
function, from intimate settings to full-service convention facilities. "What a great stay! We stayed at the Holiday Inn in Cody on 6/5/05. There were 4 in our party. We requested a ground floor with two doubles and near pool--all were done. There were huge tour groups in the hotel (3 busses full) and we did not even feel crowded. We took advantage of the "Kids Eat Free" program, that was a great savings. The pool was nice, it is outdoor, but heated. Our room was nice sized and had been recently updated (or it appeared to be). The staff was exceptional, very polite and most of them even remembered our names or room number. Very helpful at the front desk with suggestions and directions to area activities/attractions. We requested an extra blanket and it was to our room in 10 minutes, amazing ... this hotel is terrific and would not hesitate to stay there again on my next visit." "The rooms are very clean, food is very good and a great location." "Nice comfortable beds ... we ate in the restaurant twice (evening and breakfast) and I would certainly recommend it. The food was good, the service excellent and to top it all “kids eat free”. "It is a clean hotel with a helpful staff. There is not an elevator, and we were on the second floor. I had a very heavy suitcase, but a nice young man at the front desk eagerly carried my suitcase up to the second floor. I would recommend going to the Rodeo in Cody if you are there in the summer. It was fun." |

The room was nice but the big surprise was how well the bathroom was stocked with nice quality paper goods, shampoos, and plenty of towels. There was even a pull-out magnifying mirror. Every employee we walked past or asked a question smiled and had a "can do" attitude. We found the same service at breakfast in their restaurant. It made for a very pleasant stay." "The staff here are the major factor, very friendly." |
